Balanced, sharp, and beautiful, this knife features a Damascus look derived from multi-layered and tempered VG10 high-carbon steel, heated and cooled in an age-old process to create a blade that is superior in strength, flexibility, and sharpness. Its ergonomic handle is created using a canvas-micarta material which is a combination of resin and linen. This FDA approved feature offers a full tang, stainless steel end, resists heat up to 302°F, does not corrode, and is fastened with two steel rivets, giving it outstanding durability and ease of use. Each blade in this series features a hardness rating of HRC61 on the Rockwell scale, ensuring long-lasting cutting performance with a keen edge that will stay razor sharp.
