Crafted entirely of Solid Hard Maple with a 1A3/4" top treated with a Cream Finish so you can use it as a cutting surface. The John Boos Cream Finish is an allnatural formulation that penetrates deeply into the grain of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier that locks moisture in. When used regularly, Boos Block Board Cream will replenish the moisture lost from repeated washings, keeping your Work Table from drying, bleaching or cracking. Boos Block Board Cream is a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil.
